What is a LCD?
The LCD is the actual display of your device. If you see what looks like ink blots in your screen, or lines running through the screen, your LCD likely needs to be replaced.
Does it matter what carrier my phone is?
Yes, it does. When it comes to repairing devices, especially Samsung devices, the carrier plays a big part in what part is ordered for the device.
My device isn't listed in the shop, can you still repair it?

We can normally give you a quote over the phone for a repair, but if we cannot, we can always get back in touch with you once we have researched the parts needed for the repair.
Can I ship you my device to have it repaired?
Of course you can! Online repair is where we got our start, and we love doing it still! You can fill out the contact us form or visit the shop for more information on ordering a repair. Is there a local store where I can get my device repaired?
There sure is! We have two local stores in the Jacksonville, Florida area where you can come in to get your device repaired. Our first location, located in Ponte Vedra, is our flagship store.
