  • What should you include with your device when you send it in?

    We ask that you only include the device, battery, battery door (if your device has one), and the order number / name on a piece of paper. If you include anything else, it could increase the shipping weight of the device which would increase the cost. It also is a lot harder for us to keep up with cases, chargers, and cables that come in with devices since we work on so many at once. If you are sending a laptop for repair, you are welcome to send the charger with it as well, but we do have universal chargers that fit just about any laptop at our shop, so it is not required.

  • Do we need your passcode?

    Yes, it would be greatly helpful for you to provide your password when shipping your device to us. This allows us to fully diagnose the issue, and once the repair is complete, to fully test the device.
    If you are not comfortable with providing us your password, that is fine too. Just know that we cannot fully test your device without the password.

  • Where do I ship my device?

    If you chose the option at checkout to ship your own device, please follow the below steps.

    1. Package your device in a protective bubble wrap bag or a reinforced box filled with bubble wrap or another packaging material
    2. Include only your device, battery, and battery cover. We are not responsible for any accessories (cases, chargers, memory cards, etc) that are shipped with the device.
    3. Purchase your shipping to the following address:

  • How will we get the device back to you?

    Just like getting the device to us, we have several options for getting your device safely back to you

    We can do any of the following:
    USPS International (Includes Tracking and Insurance) (Time Varies By Location)
    USPS Express Mail (1-2 Days Includes Tracking)
    USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days Includes Tracking)
    USPS First-Class Mail (3-5 days Includes Tracking)
    UPS International (Includes Tracking and Insurance) (Time Varies by Location)
    UPS Next day air (Includes Tracking and Insurance)
    UPS Ground (Includes Tracking and Insurance) 1-5 days

  • What options do I have to ship my device to you?

    You can choose from several different shipping methods to get your device to us.

    We can do any of the following:
    Email you with a USPS Express Shipping Label (Includes Tracking)
    Email you with a USPS First-Class shipping label (Includes Tracking)
    Email you with a UPS Next day air label (Includes tracking and insurance)
    Email you with a UPS ground shipping label (Includes tracking and insurance) 1-5 days
    Ship you a box with a USPS Express Return Label (Includes Tracking both ways)
    Ship you a box with a USPS First Class Return Label (Includes Tracking both ways)
    Ship you a box with a UPS Next day air label inside (Includes tracking and insurance)
    Ship you a box with a UPS ground label inside (Includes tracking and insurance) 1-5 days
