What kind of warranty do I get with this repair?

At iRepairFast, we truly care about our customers. Most in-store repairs come with a 1-year limited warranty that covers all parts and labor should you receive a defective product. Online and ship-in repairs come with a 90-day warranty. DIY Part kits come with a 90-day warranty. This warranty includes coverage for backlight issues, LCD issues, touch sensitivity issues, frame issues, and more. This warranty is null and void if there is any physical damage to the device we do not have prior documentation about from the previous repair. This includes, but is not limited to, screen damage, frame damage, LCD damage, backlight damage, water damage.

How does ordering a repair work?

Once you have selected your repair, you will be taken to the checkout page. On the checkout page, you will see several shipping options. Whichever option you choose will be twice the normal price, as it includes both shipping to and from our store.

If you would like to ship your device on your own, you will only be charged for return shipping.

If you would like to drop your device off locally, you will not be charged any shipping fees.
