I have used iRepair Fast several times and have been extremely happy every time. Yesterday, I took my phone in because it wasn’t charging properly. The associate (I didn’t get his name) took my phone, used an instrument and pulled lint out if the electrical port. Took my android in today fully expecting there would be a charge to repair. Tuns out the charging port in the phone had some foreign material obstructing the charging cord connection. I pulled the SIM card tray out of my phone. But I noticed I did not see the SD Card come out with the tray. When I went to put the SIM tray back in, it would not go. It would get stuck. We looked at it for an hour trying to figure out what was happening. I had my kids, who have better eyesight than me, try for an hour. We got a magnifying glass. Nothing worked. At this point I am thinking I broke something, and would have to get it repaired, or buy a new phone. Either way it would be expensive. I googled repair shops, and found iRepairFast in FruitCove. Yes, building your own computer from the ground up is exhilarating... but, when things don't go as planned and you need help...there aren't a lot of places to turn... Do you really want to turn over several thousand dollars of computer parts to Best Buy and the Geek Squad for their expertise in custom water cooling your new computer?? Me neither. A bad PSU took out several parts of my new build... and suddenly, the excitement--turned to "now what"? I needed someone familiar with not only testing... but, reconstruction--and some independent design expertise wouldn't hurt either! I walked into iRepairFast with a box of parts--not sure what worked--and what didn't anymore? The only thing I did know... was that a box of parts--isn't a working computer--and I was too far along--and had spent too much $$$ for a giant paperweight!!! Jason listened to what I had to say... what I thought was the problem... what I wanted in the end. While I'd like to say he took all my ideas -- and fixed, fashioned, and finished my parts into the best computer I could have hoped for -- I'd be lying... I did end up with the BEST COMPUTER I could have imagined... but, it wasn't using my ideas -- he used his!! And, that made all the difference!! My laptop refused to wake up one morning, after parts replacement in the battery system had not gone well. I took it in to iRepairFast after reading all the Google reviews. And – these are certainly well earned. The technician, Craig, took the laptop apart and examined it thoroughly. He was unable to fix it. However, I got the sense that he took it as a challenge and went over every inch of the machine, trying to figure out what might have gone wrong. Clearly, he put a lot of time and effort into it. When I picked it up, he spent all the time I asked for, patiently answering my questions and discussing options for data recovery. And, at the end, turned down my offer to pay for his time beyond the nominal diagnostic fee. True, the laptop was not repaired – but this was no fault of iRepairFast (another technician tried his hand at it, with the same outcome). Before I learned about your business I was looking at scheduling an appointment with an Apple repair shop in Jacksonville to replace a battery in an Iphone. While researching that option a coworker told me about your business and what a wonderful interaction they had. I researched your business myself and saw many positive reviews but what stood out the most was that it was veteran owned. This means the world to me being a veteran myself. However it is possible to have great reviews but in actuality when walking into the business be exposed to a completely different non customer friendly setting. I wanted to make sure you knew this WAS NOT the case! I was first met by Fred Davis in your Fruit Cove office. Although I could readily see Fred (and the other staff) were very busy he treated me with the utmost professionalism and kindness. You could tell he cared about the business and about how he treated others. He was extremely knowledge, said he had the parts in stock and would have the phone fixed in about an hour. And Fred did just that! I also met Jacob "the baby". He too was extremely polite, outgoing and pleasant to talk to. Overall I would rate your business 20 stars out of a scale of 1-5. You guys know how to treat customers and most importantly understand the benefit of repeat customers and word of mouth! Thank you again for the great service. Terrific customer service and the job was completed on time...which happened to be the day before hurricane Irma hit so I was able to stay connected during & after the storm!! Absolutely one of the best hands down when it comes to building a custom gaming PC! Here I am a little over a month ago looking to buy a top of the line pre built PC and as you will come to know its not as easy as you would think especially if you are wanting to have all certain specs. I went through looking at many websites and trying to find that one PC that I just felt like that is the one. And a few times I felt like I had found it so I got to comparing prices and shopped around and later to find iRepairFast YouTube channel. I got to watching there builds and not only are they a work of art but some of the best I had seen in my search for a company. So I got in touch with the store and began talking about this PC I wanted built and all the specs and stuff along that matter. As most people now days will do it they just want to make a quick buck off of someone but as i was talking with a representative he began to tell me that with those kind of specs was I doing a lot of editing and by all means no I was only a Gamer just looking to build the best. He then showed me the best route to take because I was way out of what I needed so to make it shorter he saved me around $2000 in stuff I would not need and that was a HUGE plus! Not only that but I also put that same parts in other large websites to see how much a prebuilt computer on the same lines where and it was usually around $1000-$1700 more for just a large brand. EXTREMELY nice and caring as they could have let me buy this PC I had no idea about but instead talked with me and still made me a beast of a computer but for a far better price than any other providers out there!! Took my iPhone 6 in for a new microphone. The tech explained the entire process to me and the cost upfront. It was less than I expected and was done the same day. They have a $30 diagnostic fee but it's credited toward the repair if you have them fix your device. Awesome customer service, a year warranty, and friendly and knowledgeable staff. iPhone 5 battery was only lasting for a couple of hours after fully charging overnight. This was after closing any open apps and setting it to low power mode. After getting a couple of estimates for battery replacement, found these guys and they replaced the battery for less than half of what I had been quoted elsewhere. It works great now; lasts all day now with normal usage.read more

Love these guys!If they offered it, I'd have frequent flyer miles! Each time they've taken excellent care of the problem. On this occasion, my computer was overheating, and when John found nothing wrong with the computer itself, he showed me how to prevent it from happening again. He did a great job of explaining why it overheated, and kept me from feeling stupid. Don't know what I'd do without them!

Originally gave 5 stars (mainly because they ask you to in the store). The guys here are nice but after having a cracked screen replaced on a fully functional phone, I made multiple trips back to the store to have them address my now non responsive phone. I never really got a straight answer as to what was going on so I went to the experts at Apple. Wish I would have saved myself the hassle and extra $400 and gone straight to Apple. They were able to immediately diagnose the problem and “without pointing any fingers” attributed it to a poor screen replacement. Live and learn

Dropped off a laptop for a simple screen repair on 8/17, promised date on receipt was 8/21. It took 3 weeks for me to get the computer back. Delays in parts being ordered, parts coming in defective, etc. I was charged $35 for the diagnostic, $95 over the phone to order parts, and then another $105 when It was finally ready for pickup in the middle of September. I’ve brought phones here and have referre people here to get work done, but I would definitely not recommend now and won’t be going back.

If i could give less i would. I strongly do not recommend this company. i brought my iPhone 6 to them to replace the battery in November. They replaced the battery with no issues. Then about 3-4 months later the phone would not hold an charge then we noticed the screen was changing colors on its own. It wasn't until we took the Otter Box off the phone we realized the screen was flexed outward. I immediately brought it up to the attention to the Manger he took it back an replaced the battery again. They informed us that the battery had exploded, and could not tell us why. Then again it did it again, exactly the same issues i tried to contact them left messages, with out any call backs. I even saw that they were advertising on Facebook, I posted my concerns on there, they deleted my post the next day. We ended taking the phone to Apple and we were told they used a cheap non Apple battery. In case any is wondering we keep all of our phones in Otter Boxes to protect them. Please be conscious dealing with this company.

I was not impressed by the speed of everything. I went to them off of a recommendation. All together it took 2 months to get my computer fixed correctly. The screen kept coming in broke (It took a week to get the new screen in each time). Which I get is not their fault but they did not check the screens coming in until the last two. I do not live near them so I did a lot of traveling to get the computer and drop it back off every time a new screen came in and they called (I am a full time student so my computer is a necessity and it was still functional with the cracked screen). I was ready to give up and just use it as is forever, when a good screen came in. It took them two days to replace it and then the screen popped out two days later. I feel iRepairFast is an inaccurate representation of them. I paid almost 400 bucks plus a bunch of gas and time to get my computer fixed. I would have been off buying a new computer in the long run.
