Yes, building your own computer from the ground up is exhilarating... but, when things don't go as planned and you need help...there aren't a lot of places to turn... Do you really want to turn over several thousand dollars of computer parts to Best Buy and the Geek Squad for their expertise in custom water cooling your new computer?? Me neither. A bad PSU took out several parts of my new build... and suddenly, the excitement--turned to "now what"? I needed someone familiar with not only testing... but, reconstruction--and some independent design expertise wouldn't hurt either! I walked into iRepairFast with a box of parts--not sure what worked--and what didn't anymore? The only thing I did know... was that a box of parts--isn't a working computer--and I was too far along--and had spent too much $$$ for a giant paperweight!!! Jason listened to what I had to say... what I thought was the problem... what I wanted in the end. While I'd like to say he took all my ideas -- and fixed, fashioned, and finished my parts into the best computer I could have hoped for -- I'd be lying... I did end up with the BEST COMPUTER I could have imagined... but, it wasn't using my ideas -- he used his!! And, that made all the difference!! Bottom line.. you get what you pay for... and if you're wanting more bang for your buck -- or just looking to get out of the hole you dug for yourself -- then, I whole-heatedly recommend JASON @ iRepairFast... But, one more thing... besides doing the "work" ...Jason kept me informed on the progress... and a week after it was done... he checked with me to make sure everything was working -- and that I was happy with the results. He even said "I was now one of the iRepairFast family...(@ 72 I've heard a lot of "exit" speeches from salespeople...} it's not often you find someone that means it... My son Caleb Wagner recommended that I use this company to fix my iPhone broken glass. I'm sooooo glad I did. Great experience from start to finish. I was in and out VERY quickly and for a lot less money than I would have spent at the Apple Store. They even modified my otterbox cover by removing that worn out protective plastic lens and installed a new protective shield over my phone glass. Great service, FAST service and friendly guys. He fixed my phone and 30 seconds. 30 seconds ! Phone shut off would not turn back on took it to Metro PCS stood in line for 30 minutes their best suggestion was to buy new phone $140. Took it to iRepairFast, from the time I walked in the door he had my phone fixed within 30 seconds. All it needed was a hard boot not the normal soft boot when you turn the phone on and off but a hard boot. He did not charge me but I gave him 20 bucks for lunch anyway I appreciate what he did.read more

I found myself at Starbucks today with two video conference calls ahead of me and no charger. I had the lightning cable but not the plug. I didn’t want to buy a charger because I have a million at home. I stopped in to ask if would be possible to borrow one just for a few minutes. They not only lent me a charger plug but allowed me to sit in their lobby and take my phone call. They didn’t charge me for something I didn’t need. I highly recommend this location. They are fast, very reasonably priced, and will not charge you for services not required. I had charging issues, and am sure another location would have been happy to replace the port, but IRepairFast just cleaned it and got it working again, no charge. Never written a review before, but this place was so good it deserved one. I have a IPhone 6 and the battery was gone, it held a minimal charge, so I started searching for repair places and I stumbled across this place, checked the reviews, not bad, I called, they had the battery in-stock and I would get it back same day. (I thought to myself, yeah right same day and in-stock, that's unheard of in any repair place) I get there, Service was great, they have the battery, In-stock, and the best part I got it back same day. The service was great I was in and out of there quick, I got my phone back the same day which I'm blown away by, if you couldn't tell. I highly recommend this store. Wow! THIS is what customer service is supposed to be. I was able to get a new battery for my iPhone (at a better price than anyone else offered), a screen protector, and advice about a system upgrade all in under 30 minutes. My laptop refused to wake up one morning, after parts replacement in the battery system had not gone well. I took it in to iRepairFast after reading all the Google reviews. And – these are certainly well earned. The technician, Craig, took the laptop apart and examined it thoroughly. He was unable to fix it. However, I got the sense that he took it as a challenge and went over every inch of the machine, trying to figure out what might have gone wrong. Clearly, he put a lot of time and effort into it. When I picked it up, he spent all the time I asked for, patiently answering my questions and discussing options for data recovery. And, at the end, turned down my offer to pay for his time beyond the nominal diagnostic fee. True, the laptop was not repaired – but this was no fault of iRepairFast (another technician tried his hand at it, with the same outcome). I was very pleased with the service and would go there again.read more

Before I learned about your business I was looking at scheduling an appointment with an Apple repair shop in Jacksonville to replace a battery in an Iphone. While researching that option a coworker told me about your business and what a wonderful interaction they had. I researched your business myself and saw many positive reviews but what stood out the most was that it was veteran owned. This means the world to me being a veteran myself. However it is possible to have great reviews but in actuality when walking into the business be exposed to a completely different non customer friendly setting. I wanted to make sure you knew this WAS NOT the case! I was first met by Fred Davis in your Fruit Cove office. Although I could readily see Fred (and the other staff) were very busy he treated me with the utmost professionalism and kindness. You could tell he cared about the business and about how he treated others. He was extremely knowledge, said he had the parts in stock and would have the phone fixed in about an hour. And Fred did just that! I also met Jacob "the baby". He too was extremely polite, outgoing and pleasant to talk to. Overall I would rate your business 20 stars out of a scale of 1-5. You guys know how to treat customers and most importantly understand the benefit of repeat customers and word of mouth! Thank you again for the great service. Terrific customer service and the job was completed on time...which happened to be the day before hurricane Irma hit so I was able to stay connected during & after the storm!! Absolutely one of the best hands down when it comes to building a custom gaming PC! Here I am a little over a month ago looking to buy a top of the line pre built PC and as you will come to know its not as easy as you would think especially if you are wanting to have all certain specs. I went through looking at many websites and trying to find that one PC that I just felt like that is the one. And a few times I felt like I had found it so I got to comparing prices and shopped around and later to find iRepairFast YouTube channel. I got to watching there builds and not only are they a work of art but some of the best I had seen in my search for a company. So I got in touch with the store and began talking about this PC I wanted built and all the specs and stuff along that matter. As most people now days will do it they just want to make a quick buck off of someone but as i was talking with a representative he began to tell me that with those kind of specs was I doing a lot of editing and by all means no I was only a Gamer just looking to build the best. He then showed me the best route to take because I was way out of what I needed so to make it shorter he saved me around $2000 in stuff I would not need and that was a HUGE plus! Not only that but I also put that same parts in other large websites to see how much a prebuilt computer on the same lines where and it was usually around $1000-$1700 more for just a large brand. EXTREMELY nice and caring as they could have let me buy this PC I had no idea about but instead talked with me and still made me a beast of a computer but for a far better price than any other providers out there!! My computer came in yesterday and is a absolute 11/10 couldn't have been happier SO if you are looking for a Gaming PC you have came to the right place and if you still are not convinced just compare prices I'm sure you will be more then pleased with the options that are available with iRepairFast great job guys!!read more

Took my iPhone 6 in for a new microphone. The tech explained the entire process to me and the cost upfront. It was less than I expected and was done the same day. They have a $30 diagnostic fee but it's credited toward the repair if you have them fix your device. Awesome customer service, a year warranty, and friendly and knowledgeable staff. I am taking my son's laptop in for some upgrades today. I finally got "a guy " for my electronics!read more

iPhone 5 battery was only lasting for a couple of hours after fully charging overnight. This was after closing any open apps and setting it to low power mode. After getting a couple of estimates for battery replacement, found these guys and they replaced the battery for less than half of what I had been quoted elsewhere. It works great now; lasts all day now with normal usage.read more
